As a leader you have the responsibility to provide the best tools available within the funding available and within the policies and laws of the local and state entities. Creative solutions are initiated to provide tangible and intangible resources that improve learning.

This project shows the ability to review a situation, budget for the best situation for the most impact, and to adjust the budget when situations changed. This assignment asked us to make difficult decisions about funding, come up with creative solutions to get additional funds, and meet the needs of the most students within the legal guidelines of the funding available.
