Evidence: OLAC Coaching Module Certification

Evidence: Coaching Case Study

The OLAC Coaching Module Certification explores the method of coaching to meet the needs of learners by harnessing the strengths of your faculty to work as a team. Completing the certification indicates I have been trained on various coaching methods and how to use micro and macro adjustments to assist all students.

The coaching case study show that I understand the methods taught in the certification to implement them in a real-world example. In the case study I was asked to evaluate they type of coaching I see in a video interaction, the phase of choaching, and to rate the coach. This activity required me to evaluate several aspects of the coaching models and identify ways to implement coaching into my leadership practice.
